In 2013 year, Mr. Yuen had established a food branding as Yuen Kee, and successfully improved the formula, the traditional salted steamed chicken was renamed as "Yuen Kee Traditional Flavor Sauna Chicken". For keep the traditional flavor, free-range chicken is smear with bamboo salt and angelica herbs.
